Attorney Jim Bonfiglio Busted Stalking Young Female Caruso Campaign Volunteers
Representative Mike Caruso campaign volunteers say they were being stalked by attorney Jim Bonfiglio for several weeks in August.
They also allege Bonfiglio followed them into the Publix on Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach.
The volunteers also say he was allegedly lurking around the ends of the aisles staring with a blank stare and drooling.
A Caruso female campaign volunteer told us:
He looked intoxicated or on drugs. He kept staring at me drooling. It was like he was undressing me with his eyes. It was really scary and creepy.
So why is Bonfiglio stalking Caruso campaign volunteers? We tried to reach out to Jim Bonfiglio. Unfortunately, he ignored our request for a comment.
Bonfiglio’s behavior defies bpth logic and common sense. It’s very confusing. Was he drunk? Did he drive drunk and follow Caruso volunteers all day? Who knows. Yet, it would be the most obvious explanation. Bonfiglio has a history abusing alcohol and drunk driving

Florida Highway Patrol busted Bonfiglio for driving under the influence in January 2004. They observed Bonfiglio swerving from lane to lane. As a result, they pulled him over. During his arrest, he refused to submit to breathalyzer test and to a sobriety test.
You would think this would be a wake up call Jim Bonfiglio and for him to lay off the sauce.
Nope. Not for Jim Bonfiglio. Bonfiglio was busted again for drunk driving in October 2004.
Unfortunately, this time he was driving with a revoked license from the January incident. Yet again, police observed him swerving from lane to lane.
Consequently, they pulled him over. Again, Bonfiglio refused a field sobriety test and physical test.
Mike Caruso Kicked The Crap Out Of Bonfiglio Twice In A Democratic Voter Rich District
Democrat Jim Bonfiglio faced off with Republican Caruso in the Democratic voter rich 89th district in 2018 and 2020. Yet, Republican Caruso beat him both times. In 2018, Caruso won the district in a recount by 32 votes. In 2020, Caruso again beat Bonfiglio handedly. This time by over 11,000 votes.
Any political junkie will tell you it was a pretty humiliating defeat for Bonfiglio 2020. But, what do expect? Caruso knocked doors. Bonfiglio sat home and watched Saturday morning cartoons.
However, there would be no second rematch. The Florida house districts were redrawn in 2022. As a result, Caruso’s 84th district was basically cut into three pieces.
The first being the 91st District which covers Boca Raton. The second being the 90th District which encompasses Delray Beach and Boynton Beach. It also includes Ocean Ridge where Bonfiglio lives. The third being the 87th district which includes everything from Lantana north to North Palm Beach.
As a result, Caruso opted to run in a more GOP friendly district of District 87. In August, Caruso handedly beat QAnon conspiracy theorist and Christian enthusiast Jane Justice in the GOP primary.
As a result of her humiliating defeat, Justice is currently is relocating to a doomsday compound in central Florida. She says she liver as she waits the “end times.”
